For groups of 10 or more wanting take-away, we recommend ordering a minimum of 3-hours in advance via our catering website. 

A traditional Japanese dining experience where dishes are selected by the chef. This culinary journey is rooted in artistry, trust, and anticipation. Seated at our exclusive sushi counter (or within our private dining room for groups of up to 8 people), guests surrender to the mastery of our chef, who orchestrates the two-hour dining experience by preparing a sequence of 21 courses directly in front of you.

This immersive process ensures a dynamic exchange between chef and diner, enhancing both enjoyment and understanding of the dishes.

Priced at $330 per person, our signature Omakase elevates traditional Japanese dining with a focus on the highest quality raw seafood, delicate nigiri, and a selection of protein dishes, all featuring the freshest seasonal ingredients available.

Please note, as our menu changes daily based on chefs pick and the availability of fresh seafood, we do not offer a preview. We can accommodate most dietary requirements but ask that you kindly inform us upon booking to ensure a seamless experience.

We have taken great care and effort to create an elegant dining experience for all to enjoy. We firmly believe that our guests create the atmosphere in our restaurant and therefore politely request that guests respect this by dressing considerately.

Smart casual attire and basic hygiene are a minimum condition, as our venue hosts guests for all occasions and formalities. Jackets are optional, but shorts, exercise wear, thongs and singlets are best saved for another occasion.

We encourage individuality but respectfully request that neck tattoos be covered. Face tattoos that are not of traditional, cultural nor of religious significance are not permitted.

Entry to Sushi Room is always subject to the discretion of our management team.
