Fewer than 4% of Rangers Valley’s cattle meet the Black Market standard, making this a true luxury.
SK is proud to be the only venue in Queensland to serve Rangers Valley Black Market Angus as part of its standard menu, and the only restaurant in the country to serve its 300g dry-aged sirloin off the bone.
